Buena
Vida Pickleball Demonstration Courts ARE OPEN!
Mondays through Saturdays, from 8:00 am – 11:00 am.
We
are pleased to announce that Buena Vida has opened its two new demonstration
Pickleball Courts last week. There were a few days last week that we were
rained out. The courts will be open through the end of April 2021.The
Pickleball Courts will be managed by our Tennis Pros and will be available for
play Mondays through Saturdays, from 8:00 am – 11:00 am.
Pickleball
has been a growing activity throughout Florida and the Southwest, and demand
for the activity has been a driving factor in retirement communities. Buena
Vida determined that the best way to see if there’s underlying demand within
the community is to have two demonstration courts, in the fall and winter. Ryan
worked to convert Tennis Court #2 into 2 regulation size pickleball courts.
Noise monitoring will be performed by a Board Advisory Panel throughout the
demonstration period.

are playable.

- Our
Tennis Director will monitor courts Monday thru Saturday from 8am-11am.
- Singles
and Doubles Play allowed.
- Proper
sneakers are required that are designed for pickleball/tennis, running
shoes are not permitted.
- Players
must identify their balls and use only those brought to the courts.
- No
congregating before, during, or after play to ensure social distancing.
- Court
use is limited to 45 minutes when others are waiting.
- Water
fountains will remain off. Please bring your own water to remain hydrated
while outdoors.
